Everyone walking the floor came to talk to builders, remodelers and product specialists about their own home. You are not interrupting anybody. You are what they came for.

Per booth
- 50% of the booth rental fee is due with your signed contract.
- The balance is due in full by January 31, 2027. Booths not paid in full by that date incur a $100 per booth late fee and are not allowed to set up an exhibit until the balance and fee are paid.
- Pick three booth number choices. HOTBA assigns placement and spreads exhibitors out across the hall.
- Cancellations received before January 15, 2027 are refunded 50% per booth. On or after January 15, 2027 the full rental cost is owed.
- Pay by check, or ask HOTBA to email you an invoice link.
- No advertising is allowed in the front parking lot. That space is reserved for show sponsors.
Sponsorships.
Sponsors get the placement exhibitors cannot buy: advertising at the front of the venue is reserved for them. Levels and pricing for 2027 are still being finalised, so the packet is not posted yet.

This is a request, not a reservation. Your booth is held once HOTBA has your signed agreement and half the booth fee.

How do I reserve a booth?
Download the exhibitor agreement, fill it out, and return it with 50% of the booth rental fee. You can also send the request form on this page and Jeri Lyn will follow up to lock in your space.
What does a booth cost?
A regular booth is $625 each and a corner booth is $700 each. Heart of Texas Builders Association members save $50 per booth.
Do you offer a smaller table setup?
The 2027 contract lists regular booths at $625 and corner booths at $700. If you need something smaller, call Jeri Lyn at (325) 665-3636 and ask what is available.
How do I pay?
By check, or ask HOTBA to email you an invoice link. Half is due with the signed contract and the balance by January 31, 2027.
