Privacy Policy

The Heart of Texas Builders Association (HOTBA) operates this website for the 2027 Home Products Show. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. Information we collect: when you send the booth request form, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number if you provide one, the number of booths you are interested in, and any note you add. We use that information only to respond to you about exhibiting at the show. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside HOTBA and the vendors listed below. Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It collects anonymous, aggregate data. It sets no cookies and stores no personal identifiers. Form delivery: booth requests are delivered by email through Resend (resend.com). Resend keeps delivery logs under its own privacy policy. Maps: the venue map on this site is a Google Maps embed. Loading it sends your IP address and browser information to Google under Google's privacy policy. If you would rather not load it, you can reach the venue directly at 4601 Bosque Blvd, Waco, TX 76710. Downloads: the exhibitor agreement is a PDF served from this site. Downloading it does not identify you to us. Your choices: you can ask us to delete anything you sent through the booth request form.
